Cookies Dark Chocolate Speculoos Newtree

Preparation and cooking time: 25 min – for 6 people


  • 1 tablet of Newtree Dark Chocolate Speculoos 80g
  • 150g of crushed Speculoos
  • 115g butter
  • 80g brown sugar
  • 80g white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 325g flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder


  • Let the butter soften at room temperature. In a bowl, mix it with the sugar.
  • Add the egg.
  • Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt and Newtree Speculoos chocolate cut into pieces. Mix well.
  • Crumble the speculoos and add them to the mixture.
  • Butter an ovenproof tray or line it with a silicone sheet. Using two tablespoons or simply your hands, form dough into small balls, spacing them out as they will spread when baked.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove as soon as the edges start to brown.
